      I’ll be interested in hearing how it turns out. I’ve found that the more specific pieces of paper I have available the more confused clients become, so I tend to have a big map, post-its, and markers and then good examples and good questions.

      Maybe you’ve mastered something about small bits of paper that I have yet to learn?
