• Olympics, Healthcare, Delivery…OH MY!

What do the Olympics, healthcare, delivery food, public policy, and financial services have in common? The challenge of designing and delivering great service experiences that people love and really bring value to the business.

We’re very excited to bring together such a diverse and amazing lineup of companies and speakers for two days of talks and workshops focused on the practice and value of service experience and design at this year’s Service Experience Conference, November 13-14, in San Francisco. Our speakers will deliver real world insights and stories, both successes and failures that will help you better understand how to approach and deliver great service experiences within your organization.

We asked our speakers to cover four key themes:

    • Designing service experiences that delight customers and differentiate
    • Driving business value through service experience
    • Building service design capabilities
    • Transforming organizations to be more human centric

We’ll kick things off with keynote speaker Alex Nisbett, who will share his perspective on being one of the first people to explicitly design and deliver a spectator experience for the world’s greatest sporting event — the London 2012 Olympics. The first day will close with an impassioned talk by Sprig CEO, Gagan Biyani, on designing a thoughtful end-to-end food delivery customer experience from scratch.

Day two will open with workshops led by design and innovation experts from the LUMA Institute, Gravity Tank, and HLW Architecture & Planning, covering problem framing, backstage design, and design in spaces. We’ll conclude the day with keynote speaker Mary Jo Bitner, Professor and Executive Director, Center for Services Leadership, W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, who will outline the service design trends you can’t ignore, and how to take advantage of them.

If you orchestrate, design, and execute great service experiences, this conference is not to be missed.

We look forward to seeing you there!
